Requirements



• A good Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience in HR, preferably as a HR business partner.
• Proven track record in leading workforce transformation and large-scale change management initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into people strategies, utilising HR analytics and metrics to drive decision-making and influence senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and consulting skills, with demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence across all employee levels.
• Strong verbal and written communications as well as facilitation skills.
• Highly agile and adaptable to respond and perform in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing.
